Amanda was amazing, she kept us informed of progress on our Passat. She called us on regular basis to keep us updated. Very pleasant experience. Our experience at Harper service has been consistently poor. Everybody from the receptionist to the mechanics are super rude, they drive our car without putting and paper down on the seats, and the prices poor. They wanted to charge me $35 to replace a busted lighter fuse. No thanks! I will not use them for service ever again and I certainly won’t buy a car from them. More

Had annual oil change earlier in year. talked about brakes needing to be done and small leak in power steering line. Could not afford it then so had to put it on back burner. They advised should be okay for awhile longer. Once I could work it into my budget scheduled and got it done. Work was done in time they said it would. I drive to Knoxville from Hermitage for their service department because I am not satisfied with the service I have received here. That should tell you something. More
