Great place to breakdown I broke down in my new Certified Pre Owned Jetta Sportwagen I had just purchased in Springfield Virginia at a Shady dealer. Harper was the closest dea I broke down in my new Certified Pre Owned Jetta Sportwagen I had just purchased in Springfield Virginia at a Shady dealer. Harper was the closest dealer. Shady neglected to fix many of the things on the car to meet the CPO requirements. Sadly as I type this I still don’t have my car. It’s been over 2 weeks sitting at my local dealer where it broke down the second time. But this has nothing to do with Harper VW. Harper was great! Great staff, great dealership to hangout in. They set me up with a great hotel in downtown Knoxville and made sure I had a ride. I felt no need for a loner car but had I asked I’m sure they would of set me up. They got my car back up and running and I made it 30 miles from home when it broke again. No fault of Harper. I made some good friends there and plan to return for one of their car shows in the future. I’m working with Volkswagen Corporate now to try and sort my issues that should of been fixed before the car was ever put on the lot. More

I usually reserve a loaner car which Steve makes sure is available prior to my appointment. After this last service was completed, I was about to leave when I noticed my lightbulb sensor was on. I asked Steve to check it out. He and a service tech had it changed out promptly, and I was on my way in under 10 minutes. This is above and beyond great service! More
