60,000 mile service I took my VW golf in early Saturday morning for its 60,000 mile check-up. My car was 5th or 6th in a line-up out side the building. Steve greeted me by name with a smile, took my keys, and headed for my car. I remember thinking that out of the all the cars that he sees coming in every day that it was pretty amazing that he knew which car was mine. Also on a previous visit I had asked Steve if my windshield wipers needed to be replaced. At that time he said that they were fine. At this servicing he remembered this detail and had them replaced for me. I had totally forgotten to ask about it but Steve remembered. It feels like family here at Harper Volkswagen. More
