Best car buying experience I ever had This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. We started looking back in July 18 for a car and doing our research. Went to the deale This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. We started looking back in July 18 for a car and doing our research. Went to the dealership told them we weren’t going to buy today but we wanted to look around. No pressure and the salesman, Cory walked us around and answered any questions we had. Fast forward to Monday 9/24/18. We go in and decide to test drive a Tiguan. The same salesman Cory was again nothing but wonderful. Informative, friendly and didn’t push us. Turned out I didn’t like the Tiguan(wasn’t as roomy as I imagined, nothing against the car). So we have him show us a car. I fall in love with the Passat. So not only does Cory and the finance manager Rick stay past closing but since it was so late they weren’t able to get financing available, the next day Rick worked on getting us the best deal(and I do mean the best deal) and Cory came in on his day off to assist us in purchasing the car and going over any last questions we had. And on top of it all when we were about to leave we noticed a tiny dent towards the front of the car. It really wasn’t even big enough to worry about but Cory was a champ and made sure to help us get the repair for the shop set up for when was best for us and to make sure we had a car in the meantime. I literally could not have imagined a better experience when buying a car. I won’t ever buy a car anywhere else at this point. More

VW CC CODES Had sevrral fault codes (lights) come on while driving. Called Steve and set up an appointment the next morning before heading to work.
