Justin in the collision area and Andy in the service dept provided excellent customer service. They were very accommodating and coordinated having my body repair done first and then the 30,000 vehicle service after. I was even given a loaner when the collision center needed to do some follow-up work. The car was cleaned before pick-up. This past week I dropped by to have a low tire checked. I was promptly greeted by Steve, the vehicle checked, and explained that I had two nails. They completed the repair and gave me the option to come back for a courtesy wash since the guys were at lunch. Since I wasn’t in a hurry, I had lunch came back and had the car washed. I’ve had my vehicle serviced here several times, usually working with Andy. It’s always been exceptional. I also bought my vehicle here with Chris Brown as my sales person. He’s very professional, knowledgeable, and really works with you to ensure you have an excellent buying experience. I would highly recommend Harper Volkswagen for your next vehicle purchase. The sales repr. who sold me the car, Chris Brown, was an outstanding representative of the company. He answered all technical questions I had, and let me have a through test drive explaining all the many new features of the Jetta. Chris Brown far exceeded the experience I had with the sales staff of a competing dealer whose car I was also considering. I would also like to commend the finance/business office of Harper VW. They were very courteous and explained all the options available with the purchase. At no time was any pressure placed on me.
