He allowed me to test-drive any car of my choice by myself; he didn't even go in the car with me at all. He did the same for my fiancé when he was considering the Tiguan back in January 2018. Though we did not purchase that car, I did let Chris know that I was really interested in getting the 2018 Golf R, even though it was not available yet. Chris kept me updated throughout the last few months and reassured me that he did not forget about me. I had contacted a few other Volkswagen dealerships, informing them that I wanted to order the Golf R as well. But in the end, Chris Brown beat all other dealerships and ordered my Golf R first. That beautiful car came about five days later, first one off the lot, and it already had my name plastered over it. But Chris didn't pressure me to buy it right away; he just gave me the keys and told me to have fun. And I sure did have fun driving that thing for over an hour with my fiancé. I came back the next day after the car was thoroughly cleaned; after maybe 30 minutes, I signed all the papers and am now the proud owner of the new 2018 Golf R. I even got some free popcorn and some great Volkswagen goodies out of it too. Be sure to look for Chris Brown if you decide to shop Volkswagen. He is a great man. I wish all car salesmen were as incredibly nice and accommodating as him. More

Outstanding, friendly service! I appreciated that Steve, one of the service mangers, was able to get my car in the very next day because I told him it was my day off. Since the service was going to take several hours, he arranged for Michael to take me home and pick me up. Steve and Michael should both get friendly awards. When I picked up my car, it was sparkling clean from just being washed. As an extra bonus Steve arranged to get me a military discount because I am a military widow. The time before this I had a tire problem. They whisked the car in and had it back in no time. I am very happy with Harper Volkswagon. You can count on them to get it right. More
