Wonderful Service Department Harper VW has a wonderful Service Department. My Service Writer Andy is very courteous and personable. Although Andy is my Service Writer, the entire Harper VW has a wonderful Service Department. My Service Writer Andy is very courteous and personable. Although Andy is my Service Writer, the entire Service Department is very nice. The waiting area is nice and offers refreshments. I also like that they wash your car when you have your car serviced. I think that shows that your business is appreciated even if you don't own a 100K+ vehicle. More

Great service, but better not to lose a key I was not a happy camper when I found out the cost and effort involved in replacing a spare key. Their friendliness and efficiency won me over. Car service I have had my car serviced here twice and although this is a great dealership and I do love my Tiguan. I just didn’t expect to have to pay at least $9 I have had my car serviced here twice and although this is a great dealership and I do love my Tiguan. I just didn’t expect to have to pay at least $900 every time I have it serviced. They did a great job and as long as I’m still paying on my car and it has a warranty I, of course will continue to have my Tiguan services here. All I can do is pray it won’t cost this much every time it needs serviced. Thank you! More
