VW Golf Our VW Golf has been serviced by Harper VW, for the 3 years we leased it. No issues or problems prompted us to purchase it when the lease expired. We now hold the title to a perfect like new 2015 Golf and expect it to last at least the 13 years our previous VW Jetta ( sold due to out-of-state move and it was not our primary car) . More

Jarred is a strong communicator, provides updates regularly and makes you feel like you can trust him and that he is someone who will keep his word. He told me a shuttle driver would come to pick me up from work and when the driver had to get gas first he called, apologized for the inconvenience, and told me the driver was still going to come--that's A+ customer service. Jarred is my advisor of choice and I trust the service providers to do high quality repair on my Passat. Also, kudos to the shuttle driver, Michael, he is easy to communicate with, has multiple topical areas that we can discuss in great depth even over a 20-30 minute car ride. Very friendly and a great front line customer service provider for Harper VW. More

Basic oil & filter change on 2017 Jetta & 10,000 mi check. I have performed almost all oil & filter changes on my vehicles for over 55 years that included an '01 diesel Jetta, an '04 diesel Jetta and a 2010 d I have performed almost all oil & filter changes on my vehicles for over 55 years that included an '01 diesel Jetta, an '04 diesel Jetta and a 2010 diesel Jetta, which I dearly miss, and have used Amsoil synthetics since 1973. Will have to decide if Harper will continue the service on this 2017 Jetta, but I know its a heck of a lot easier to let them do it and I can just sit around and drink coffee. New oil drain plug indicated on the service order, sure hope they used it. Harper employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. One question posed: how come I can't read the analog speedometer numbers under certain daytime light conditions? More
