I was aware of all the nuances of driving the vehicle and had received excellent customer service. Always wanted a Touareg and had the opportunity to purchase this one. I have to say that the customer service has met my expectations and in some instances gone above. Andy listened to me and helped me understand the differences in driving a VW (Touareg) compared to the Q5. Having a loaner is a major plus and gives me the opportunity to drive other models...most likely help with my next auto purchase decision. I love the Touareg ride on the highway...a nice comfortable ride with power when needed. I definitely recommend purchasing a VW from Harper. More

Buying a used vehicle I went online and looked at used trucks for about three hours. The description online was right on and I knew when I test drove it that this was the truck I was looking for. The salesperson was friendly and helpful in answering any questions I had. After we made our deal and I was driving home the next day the sales rep called and said they wanted to touch up a place on the front end. Even though it was very noticeable I thought I had bought it as is and was very pleased but also surprised that they made the offer. They also filled my gas tank for bringing it back so my experience was nothing but good and I'm very pleased with the vehicle and the people that I dealt with. More
