I received a very fair price for my new VW Passat TDI Diesel with the color and options I most wanted. In addition, my trade was valued at a price that was reasonable and fair, I left with my new vehicle and did not feel as if I had been taken advantage of in any way. No buyers remorse whatsoever. Thank you Mark!!! I have to mention my experience with the Financial Consultant, Cliff Cunningham. That guy is amazing with how fast he processed and explained the financing and paper work. He explained warranty options, add ons, etc. with no high pressure sales. Addressed my questions with respect and understanding. I was impressed. I was so comfortable, I felt as though I was talking to a long time friend. I at no time felt as if I was wasting time. Overall I would not hesitate recommending Harper to any of my friends and family. It was great to leave a car dealership feeling good about a car purchase. That has not happened in several decades of making car purchases. Impressive team. More

After a few "bumps" in finding the right car for me, all the people who work at Harper Volkswagen went above and beyond what I expected to insure not After a few "bumps" in finding the right car for me, all the people who work at Harper Volkswagen went above and beyond what I expected to insure not only was the car what I wanted but that I was pleased with my purchase. It took a few months for me to decide what I wanted but as soon as my "dream car" crossed their path I received a call and the car was mine. Working with Kimo has been one of the best parts of this whole experience. He has stayed late to make sure I was properly taken care of and guaranteed the car would be safe until I came to purchase it since there were a few others "circling" around it! The price was more than I had originally intended to spend but the car I ended up with has more than I thought I was getting. Having had a horrible car buying experience in the past I was not very trusting that I would be taken care of in an honest way but I have complete trust in ALL those who work with Harper and would recommend this particular group of people to anyone--friend or foe--who is looking for a vehicle. To say I have been treated far above what the "average" customer at most places would experience is an understatement. Although I'm not looking to purchase another car in the near future, this is the ONLY place I want to deal with in the future! More
