Great car from a great dealership I was in the market for a new car but didn't know exactly what I wanted. I stumbled upon Harper Volkswagen on a random drive and stopped by. The dealership was very clean and very professional. Their inventory was well laid out and made looking at the different models very easy. Ended up working with Mark Hammock and was extremely pleased with the experience. He was very nice and friendly and new his stuff about VW. The test drive was very pleasant while he showed me the different features of the car. They even let me take it for a second test drive so I could be absolutely certain I was getting the car I wanted. The way I had to go about paying for the vehicle was a tad untraditional but they worked with me and made it go smoothly. The overall experience is what sold the car. They did a great job. More

My first VW car and I am loving it so far. I had gone to another dealership in another town and I needed them to work with me as I was buying this Tiguan by myself,The other dealership worked w I had gone to another dealership in another town and I needed them to work with me as I was buying this Tiguan by myself,The other dealership worked with me two weeks but left me after I had to have the sale of my car involved. I waited another week to see if they would call me but they didnt and so I went to Harper, and they couldnt have been more nicer and helpful, I had my new Tiguan in three days and Mark made sure I was ok in all the new dashboard understanding, I am not to keen on remembering everything. He set up my phone and sent me the web site for a tutotial just in case I wanted to rewiew. Cliff was helpful with me understanding all the fiance information and very easy to talk to and fast, I didnt want to be in the dealership all day and I was'nt, so if you want a place to get get a new VW, I would say Harper is where I would recommend and I have told everyone I know when they ask about my beautiful Tiguan. Harper Volkswagon treated me right on my trade in. I was $1,500 upside down on my other vehicle. The $450 monthly car payments were eating me alive. My feelings have now only been reinforced by the kind & knowledgeable staff at Harper Volkswagen. They made the process enjoyable and easy. I've heard horror stories about people's trade-ins before at other dealership, but at Harper Volkswagen they treated me like anyone would hope to be treated. They were honest and reasonable. My Mother had previously purchased a 2012 VW Beetle at Harper. I now have a 2013 Turbo Beetle.
