Our family has a Volkswagen addiction and Harper VW keeps us happy with new vehicles often. They have become part of our lives and help us make sure that our VW's are always the best we can find. Steve, Bill and Chris in "Sales" are more than just staff helping customers they understand that it takes understanding and friendship with the customers. There is the "Service" crew that makes sure we keep on the road with top notch service too. Steve back there and others always bend over backwards to fix things and I never worry if something can't be done correctly. We are on our 6th model in 4 years and no other place in town can make trading like we do happen so easily and effortless. My husband and I had a great experience at Harper Volkswagon while working with Scott. After much car shopping, we were extremely impressed with the friendliness and no pressure attitude that was off Volkswagon while working with Scott. After much car shopping, we were extremely impressed with the friendliness and no pressure attitude that was offered to us. Scott worked with us to find the perfect car that was right within our budget. We never felt any pressure to purchase a car or extend our budget like we had felt at other dealerships. Scott answered all of our questions with complete honesty and explained the entire process to us. As young adults, we had a lot of questions and wanted to be sure we were making a good investment. Scott provided us with a long test drive and was sure not to hide his excitement in us possibly owning a W8!! He gave us many laughs, good stories and satisfaction in our purchase. We were able to get an AWESOME car that fits our needs, we feel safe in and we enjoy driving. I visited Harper VW a year ago and tried to buy a manual transmission Passat, but the salesman I dealt with (Mark) was less than helpful and would not follow-up on finding a car that Harper did not have in transmission Passat, but the salesman I dealt with (Mark) was less than helpful and would not follow-up on finding a car that Harper did not have in stock. I waited a year and visited Harper again this spring, but I made a point to deal with a different salesman. I found a great salesman this time (Mr. Fareed Farvin) and everything went great. While Harper still did not have the manual shift Passat in stock I wanted , Fareed followed up and helped me order the car that I wanted and at a fair price. It was a pleasure to deal with Mr. Farvin in all regards. He is a genuinely nice person and does not have any of the attitude that many car salesmen do, and most importantly he does not play the games that most of these guys play. If you have stopped at Harper in the past and had a bad sales experience, my advice is to go back and ask to see Fareed Farvin and you will have a good experience. On a follow-up note, my experience with the Service Department at Harper VW so far has been the best I have experiencedat any car dealership, top notch in all regards. Jeff and the other guys in service are world class. More

I worked with Scott Pfundston. Being a single woman (that doesn't know a lot about cars) I needed to work with someone that I could trust to be honest with me. Scott was honest and upfront about all th (that doesn't know a lot about cars) I needed to work with someone that I could trust to be honest with me. Scott was honest and upfront about all the cars I looked at. He also took the time to educate me on certain aspects of each vehicle I was considering...........not to mention answering my stupid questions without making me feel dumb. We have had a few laughs. Being in the customer service business myself, I understand the importance of mediocre customer service versus great customer service and "great" service was definitely demonstrated. Due to my busy schedule it was hard to get into the dealership, so Scott texted me pictures of vehicles as soon as the dealership received something he thought I would like. That was very helpful and saved me a tremendous amount of time. Scott assessed my needs and wants, but was always conscious of my strict budget. Long story short....I love my car! More
From our first encounter with Scott (Spring of 2012), we felt at ease, not pressured into buying something other than what we came for--a Jetta Sportwagen TDI. And when Harper didn't have the color we want felt at ease, not pressured into buying something other than what we came for--a Jetta Sportwagen TDI. And when Harper didn't have the color we wanted (red with beige interior), he found it at another dealership, fresh from the factory and arranged a swap to bring that car to Harper. Scott always greets us when we are in the dealership; he makes the customer feel like a friend, not just a customer. I will also have to put in a plug for the service department. They are all friendly, helpful, and professional, and we have been well satisfied with the service. More
