I own a 2009 VW Jetta and a 2012 Passat. Scott Pfundston helped me on my purchase of the Passat. He was extremely helpful, patient and answered all the questions I had. Originally I was car shopping for a good gas milage car over my SUV. I had run around town looking at various dealerships and was more disappointed in the blasé attitudes I received at these other dealersh over my SUV. I finally worked my way to Harper Fiat where I really enjoyed the look and styling of the Fiat Abarth. I met the owner Shannon and he offered me a test drive (He actually drove as it has been a while since I've driven a stick and preferred he drive it). Needless to say he was not shy about putting the car through its paces. Shannon also introduced me to his staff and explained his dealership philosophy. At that point I knew I would be buying a car from Harper, just didn't know which one. Two weeks later I found myself at Harper Volkswagen and met with Scott. Scott was very professional and stayed in touch with me. Made sure all my questions and requests were answered and fulfilled. And ultimately I bought a car from Harper. I would definately buy from Harper again. More
