We first visited Harper Volkswagen a few months back just to "see what was available". I knew I wanted something fun but practical to drive. We drove the car and I was very impressed with it, but wasn't ready to buy any car at that time. Ron was not pushy and just gave us his card and said if we came back he would appreciate us asking for him. We were back today and left with a brand new Eos. On several occasions they have taken care of issues that may or may have not been related to the initial servicing. Basically they go the extra mile. I had to have a clutch put in a couple months back and I just couldn't wrap my mind around the cost of some of the parts. So Andy and the service tech took me back and showed me the parts that were removed from my car and educated me on the value and technology that goes into making the VW a leading car manufacturer. The employers are very friendly and really listen to my concerns. I was hearing road noise from my window and service drove a new car out to listen and compare.
