I brought my truck in for the pre paid service. My tires are bald I knew that going in, when I got my truck back the inspection report said my tires were at 8/32 meaning next to new. I wanted to know how my brakes looked but I can’t trust anything on the report as the brakes were new according to them. Not sure if it was rushed or because it was a prepaid service but they are not only loosing business they are also loosing a customer. I wish I hadn’t pre paid for the service because I do not feel comfortable bringing my truck in even for just oil changes. More
They installed two rotational tires backwards and nicked the bead wall on a third. Causing the tire to have a slow leak that over time got worse until it was ruined. The tires were discontinued and I have an all wheel drive car so I now need 4 new tires and have had to get a rental. I’m out over 1000 dollars and they offered me 95 dollar check mailed to me for the two installs they messed up and wouldn’t accept responsibility for nicking the bead wall on the third. The worst customer service I’ve ever received, I was hung up on twice after being transferred too many times to different departments not at all involved. Take your money any where else! More
Drove down there all the way from New Hampshire, I called before I left and said "is the truck we had been talking about there" was told YES! Drove almost 2 hours into Worcester....when I get there it had ma before I left and said "is the truck we had been talking about there" was told YES! Ghosted by their salespeople, passed from one to another, finally got an email with proposed sales number - with $795 LoJack fee. Replied “please remove LoJack fee” and ghosted again.
