I was very pleasantly surprised by the service dept I was very pleasantly surprised by the way I was treated both yesterday and this morning. I wasn’t happy to be there and was very skeptical about bringing my car to the “dealership.” That is viewed by many as not the right thing to do as well as myself prior to my experience the past couple days. Not so at Harr!! I was waiting while my car was being repaired when a young man approached and offered me a complimentary lunch. What? Unheard of at a dealership no less!! Then T J came over to me and indicated it would take a while to fix the recall and offered me a loaner (again complimentary. So I left and told TJ I would come back in the morning at round 10 and would my car be ready and was told it would be. More
