We found none of that in Doug. In fact, he was quite the opposite - open, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. And, despite a myriad of questions from me, some redundant, he maintained a professional, patient, warm and friendly attitude toward us. We popped the hood on three different vehicles, walked the back lot, took the test drive(s). All the while Doug was there with answers to questions about price, driveability, options, etc, without any pressure to buy or to hurry on a decision. All the legwork and paperwork he did, inside and out, was with a smile on his face and a good sense of humor. Additionally, he called us a few times after we signed (to buy) with information on how the paperwork was going - he didn't leave us hanging. If I ever need to buy another vehicle, I would look for this man again. Joanne was pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. Despite the late hour, she kept her sense of humor and a smile on her face.
