I was contacted by Toyota regarding a possible frame problem with my 1998 Tacoma. When I arrived, the staff inspected my vehicle and in fact found the frame was defective. I spoke with a young salesman named Chris Allen regarding purchase of a replacement vehicle. Mr. Allen was extremely professional and took painstaking steps to insure all my questions were answered. I respected the fact if he was unsure, he would find someone who could properly answer the question not quess. He took the time to make sure I purchased the "exact vehicle I wanted", not something that was on the lot, at a price that was fair. I have dealt with a number of dealers and salesman over the years, but found Mr. Allen and the Harr staff to be exceptionally helpful and professional. Did not feel pressured at all. Returned to Harr to purchase a new RAV4, Chris was very professional, pleasant and willing to work with me with obtaining the exact vehicle that I wanted. Actually, he did find a great new RAV, which ultimately my mother & father purchased, and he went looking and found another vehicle for me! He was patient through it all, dealing with two purchases at the same time! Chris did have a scheduled vacation for the day I was to pick up my vehicle, but left everything in good hands with Will Briggs. All was ready to go when I arrived to pick up my new vehicle. In october, my husband died and I needed to do something with his car. Joe and his supervisor made me a reasonable deal for our "old" 2001 Toyota Echo and a 2005 Scion towards a new 2009 Scion.
