I was thoroughly impressed by the staff of this dealer, and with Will Briggs in particular. Having had negative experiences with dealers in the past, this was quite a contrast in that everybody was quite h and with Will Briggs in particular. I would highly recommend this dealer to anybody in the market for a new or used automobile, and I can verify that I am ecstatic with the service of this staff, along with my 2008 Toyota 4Runner. I bought my first new car in Harr Toyota in Goldstar and I have to say that the experience was great. Will Briggs took all the time needed to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase and I even I have to say that the experience was great. Will Briggs took all the time needed to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase and I even remember asking for a silver plate frame and he took the time the next day to go to the back lot and take it from another car. I have also done all my services and maintenance with the same dealer and I am totally satisfied, everyone is very profesional. For most of that time, I have dealt with Brian Strong who has ALWAYS been helpful, whether to answer a question about service for at least 20 years. For most of that time, I have dealt with Brian Strong who has ALWAYS been helpful, whether to answer a question about service needed or done or even to give advice as to how to keep my vehicle in good condition. Brian has patiently answered all my questions, and because of that I believe I am a better informed consumer. The work done has allowed me to keep my vehicles for a good number of years. I don't think it gets better than that for a customer dealing with an auto dealer. More

First of all - I am not your average car buyer - I have a love affair with cars and I can't keep them for more than a year! It's an expensive habit. The guys in the service department have always treated me with respect and so good-natured when I come in with my latest purchase. I truly rely on the advice that Brian gives me regarding what I should do for things on my cars (I have a problem with hitting stationary objects too). When I moved to Worcester 12 years ago I was impressed with the service department at Harr and 12 years later they have never let me down. Brian is the best! Derek was a very helpful and knowledgeable sales person. I had visited a number of dealerships and found that Derek seemed to be the most familiar with the Highlander (my car of choice). He took as much time as I needed to go over all of the different options between lease and purchase. I feel that I did get the deal I was looking for. If I had anything to be a bit annoyed with it would be the pressure I felt to write this review! It is not that I didn’t think he did a good job, I just felt that it was a little 'over the top' in pressure for writing a 'good review'. Overall I would definitely recommend Derek as a salesperson.
