We didn't buy our Corolla from Harr but the service department staff has made it much more likely that a future Toyota purchase will be at Harr, if we can make the right deal. Brian Strong always has been a courteous, pleasant, and accommodating Service Representative whenever I took my Toyota Camry (current and previous ones) to be serviced. Brian's service team is now working on our fourth and fifth Toyotas. We totally trust their judgement and advice. I've been going to Harr toyota for at least 20 years. I've had my problems, but all in all, they've been the best. When I did have a problem, they corrected it. I've spent thousands of dollars on repairs because I hold on to my toyota's probably longer than I should. But I've loved them all so much. My first toyota was a brand new celica in 1973 - I had it for 12 years! Ever since then, I've had 4X4's and have loved them all. The guys are great (Jim and Brian) and I trust them - something alien nowadays. The only thing I think they can improve upon is: a complementary car wash when you go in for your recommended services. (They do that a Herb Chambers!) More
