The overall experience with Laura was good especially since I am a young buyer & the other sales representative (Arben) mistaken that feature to take advantage of trying to sell us a Beat up car that had since I am a young buyer & the other sales representative (Arben) mistaken that feature to take advantage of trying to sell us a Beat up car that had 100k miles on it when we made clear what our goal was. Also the business manager Tejal Santoro was very sketchy & shady, with Laura we agreed to a monthly payment of 350 a month and when we got to Tejal she said it would be 396 not telling us that she had added extra features to our loan without our permission but before we left the dealer we got that taken care of in a abrupt manner. Also the next day we came back to talk to Tejal about the GAP insurance on our loan & if we got it removed if it would affect our payments or overall price of the vehicle and she had told us no it would not. Later when reading the specifications of the papers I had signed there was in BOLD print if you decide to take of this plan within 30 days you will get a full refund of 698 dollars. We went back to Tejal and showed her & she kept trying to justify her words with saying we misunderstood her or we didn't ask her specific for her job position she was very catty when she wouldn't be because she is dealing with peoples payments on their vehicles especially telling them what they need and what they dont. Setting up service appointments with Brian Strong in the service department was very easy. More
The guys in the service department are great. They treat you like family. They are always helpful and my car is always ready on time. I usually never take the time to fill out surveys, but I figured I would now because the experience I had at Harr Toyota was that good. The salesman I bought my car from, Arben, was professional, personable figured I would now because the experience I had at Harr Toyota was that good. The salesman I bought my car from, Arben, was professional, personable, and made my first car buying experience quite enjoyable. I never felt pressured at anytime and he really made me feel like he was there to help me. This was refreshing as that was not the case at the many other dealerships I had visited before then. Arben, and everyone at Harr made me feel welcome. Kudos to Arben and the whole team, you have made a customer for life. More
My experience at HARR Toyota was wonderful. Everyone that I had the chance to meet or work with was extremely friendly and they were not pushy at all when selling the car. The management team was awesome and I had the chance to meet or work with was extremely friendly and they were not pushy at all when selling the car. The management team was awesome and really worked to help the customer. They went out of their way to find the specific car I had requested and it was quick delivery. The sales consultant that I worked with was very down to earth and was very helpful. I would strongly recommend buying a car from this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal on a Toyota. I have given the rating I did because the overall experience of working with this dealership was excellent and I would definately buy another car from them. More

I sent a bunch of emails early one morning when we got serious about buying a car. They were the first ones back and the ones who most energetically courted my business. I got questions answered quickly. Their quote was very competitive. They are ready to sell cars. My impression is that Dennis and Doug are not laid back latte sipping fancy dealship guys with high margins who slowly court wealthy suburbanites. They have great prices and are no nonsense so they deal in volume and move quickly but have excellent pricing. My local dealership is more slow moving and OK, take your time, yahda yahda, have a beverage—but they do not price their vehicles as well. Dennis and Doug tagged teamed and both answered my many telephone call questions for me when the other was busy. They were very straightforward no nonsense guys who have a lot of energy and want to move cars. Do your research, know what you want and they will get you into the car you want quickly and at a really good price. If you are strolling around just looking then hit the more laid back suburban dealers. Go to these guys when you want a car. More
I came in to get some positive feed back on the 2009 Corolla XRS and was shocked to hear the salesman speak negative about it. He said it was over priced and people should buy the Camry instead. Strange to hear a Toyota person speak this way about the #1 selling car in the world. Whitey42 Auburn, MA More
I went there twice looking for a car. I gave them a price range which they completely ignored. Then they blatantly lied about my credit score and when I showed them all three of my credit reports, they tried range which they completely ignored. Then they blatantly lied about my credit score and when I showed them all three of my credit reports, they tried to tell me that they use "different agencies" than the ones consumers do. I found a car I liked but told them I would return with my parents. They told me that they don't normally hold cars and that I should fill out the paperwork. I said I didn't feel comfortable, but they assured me it would be null and void if I decide to not buy the car. Big fat lie. More
You get a feeling that the whole place is being run by teenagers. This irresponsible “don’t worry, be happy” attitude mixed with empty promises and excuses of the type “my dog ate my homework”. I went to teenagers. This irresponsible “don’t worry, be happy” attitude mixed with empty promises and excuses of the type “my dog ate my homework”. I went to this dealership 3 times (I’m serious) and counting to get the car that I already bought to go back home empty-handed. I hear things like: “the car will be ready this afternoon”, “we will bring you your car”, “we will send someone to your workplace to get the papers signed”, “we will do whatever it takes to get it done” and Oh, their favorite: “what’s your phone number we’ll call you back in 10 minutes.” Non of the above actually takes place, instead of getting the car I hear lame excuses like: “We are sorry, but the car isn’t here yet”, “YOUR insurance company didn’t send us the papers”, “I’ll call you back.” And every time it takes them a good half-hour to even figure out a status. I’m writing this so that others wouldn’t have to go trough this. More
