They are unprofessional I went to Harr and had seen a car online that I liked! Test drove it, the saleqperson who helped was great.....I applied for financing, got approved. I went to Harr and had seen a car online that I liked! Test drove it, the saleqperson who helped was great.....I applied for financing, got approved. Tell me ? When you apply for Financing the first thing they ask is how much down you’re putting.....And based on that they finance you right? So great We agreed on 1000$ down, which I didn’t give right away. But signed all papers, got insurance for the car and called to give the rest of the deposit. I keep in touch with the salesman who tells me the car should be ready and that I can come pick it up....Mind you I live 45 mntes away.....I get there they take me to their financing department to tell me that they misread the loan and that in order to get the car I’d have to give 4200$ down more. And they offered me a crappy car that they probably couldn’t get rid off... I walked away with my deposit and now I’m driving the same exact car, with a better monthly payment and less mileage.....I shouldn’t be complaining right lol.....They are a joke ! Would never recommend anybody to go there More
