The entire experience was smooth sailing, especially since my bf and I were on a budget (both time and money wise). Even with all the odds stacked, the process was enjoyable and almost felt like a social gathering rather than a purchase. We fell in love with our vehicle and having to part with it for a day just so it could have Armour protection coated on, it was quite difficult! My wife and I had done an internet search for vehicles which led us to Harrisonburg Ford. James is very upbeat and positive, but not overbearing. I contacted James on a Saturday morning and told him we would be there to test drive the vehicle. He told us that he would have it ready. When we arrived as promised the vehicle was on the Vip Pad. We test drove worked out the numbers and it was a done deal. James is an awesome salesman. I will be contacting him in the future for any vehicle needs I have. Overall I would recommend Harrisonburg Ford to anyone. We even got to speak to the owner for a few minutes. We spent the majority of the four weeks it took to find the right vehicle working with James. James is the reason we kept coming back. Harry helped to support James by providing additional expertise on Ford vehicles and taking a managerial interest in our case and helping us stick to our budget. Jim did his business manager magic, found the best creditor availalbe, explained the paperwork and made sure all was good to get us into our vehicle. The team dynamic present at Harrisonburg Ford outweighs what I've seen at any other dealer. We'll probably be back in the next month or so for a vehicle for my wife. More

I wanted to test drive a Ford Fiesta. Even though I showed up 10 minutes before closing time and told Justin I would not be buying from him, he was very helpful and friendly.
