Didn’t like this dealership and would not recommend. They advertise the price on their website, Auto Trader, etc. After you test drive and say you’re interested, they tell you that you also have to pay for advertise the price on their website, Auto Trader, etc. After you test drive and say you’re interested, they tell you that you also have to pay for wheel locks, clear shield and ELO secure, telling us they were already installed on the car and couldn’t be removed. These features increased the price of the car by 10% and they were things we didn’t want. It seems sleazy to advertise the car for a certain price and then be told “we’ll that’s the price w/out the ELO etc and you have to buy that stuff”. More

We drove all the way from Santa Rosa, and it was well worth the time and distance. John and Ryan made the process as smooth as possible and had plenty of patience with us as we asked all sorts of questions. What could have been endless hours of haggling and negotiating ended up being only a couple of hours of a test drive, running a credit check, and signing paperwork. We are thrilled with the car and would wholeheartedly recommend Harrold Ford to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. More
