First I want to say that Paul, then the Beautiful one in the Infiniti side office lady I call her, and the admin lady that called for the appointment sorry don't know their names A+++. As soon as I walked in beautiful one in the infinti side office greeted me asap directed me right to the legend Paul in which he guided me gave recommendations and answered all my questions with confidence. I gonna say this now if this man ever had a negative review then that person should go to the nearest church kneel down and take a serious look at themselves. Also shout out to the kind lady that called fantastic customer service skills. Only one thing the company should be better at I think is loaners for customers that vehicles have major work on should be available day one.
