I would never do business with this dealership again. My husband and I dropped off our 370z to be fixed there. While they were doing a test drive after the work was completed supposedly a block of ice fl My husband and I dropped off our 370z to be fixed there. While they were doing a test drive after the work was completed supposedly a block of ice flew off a tractor trailer and smashed the windshield. The service person working on the car called my husband and told him to call our insurance and make a claim because they are not liable for the damage. He told my husband it was on a paper that was signed when the car was dropped off, although neither of us signed anything. When I asked to see the paper he text it to my husband and low and behold someone forged my husbands signature and the best part is they were too stupid to even forge his name correctly. When questioned about who signed my husbands name they had no answer. They at first even tried saying that he signed it when he dropped off the car, until we said so you’re telling me my husband doesn’t know his own name and signed someone else’s name, then they got tongue tied and admitted that they sometimes sign for customers and that’s when they were informed that that’s illegal and it’s a crime to sign someone’s name. They refused to accept any responsibility in the damage of our vehicle and did nothing to make it right with us either. Also the damage to the windshield did not happen the way they said it did. We have photos that show there is no way that ice hit the windshield in that spot. It looks as tho someone was using a tool and broke the glass. The worst part is mistakes happen and I understand that but the lying and forging my husbands name so they do not have to accept responsibility is where I draw the line. They will be reported to the authorities and I also will be contacting Nissan Corporate to let them know the practices of this dealership. Completely unacceptable. More
