I had an excellent experience with Harte Nissan. I was in the market for a new car, and was interested in purchasing an Altima. I made an online request for a quote, and they responded within hours. The initial quote was appealing right from the beginning. Soon after, a sales agent contacted me about the quote. The sale agent I worked with was Jason Elhage. I the following day, I visited the dealership and discussed my interests with Jason. He was very professional, friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and most importantly, not pushy in any way. He was able to secure the exact car I wanted, even though it wasn't on his lot at the time, and even improved upon the quoted price I received online. Basically, I got a better value by getting more options in the car for a lower price. There wa no haggling or negotiating. They came out with a great price that made me feel very comfortable with the terms of the agreement. When I picked up the car, everything was as I wanted it to be. The entire process went very smoothly, and I left the dealership in my new car extremely pleased with the whole experience. I highly recommend purchasing any vehicle from Harte Nissan. More

Not honest in there dealings. Knowingly sold me a car with a $700 problem and then refused to rectify the issue, dispite knowing the car was sold only three weeks prior.
