Service department is top notch. Listened to my concerns and went above and beyond while my old truck was waiting for parts to repair. Sylvester, Service Director, was providing exceptional customer servic and went above and beyond while my old truck was waiting for parts to repair. Sylvester, Service Director, was providing exceptional customer service and always keeping me updated. Unfortunately the part needed to repair my old truck was on back order and with all the efforts from Harte Nissan, the part could not be expedited. With this said, Damon, executive General Manager, stepped in to see if he could get me into a new 2021 Titan for similar monthly payments as I currently had with my old truck. I always felt we were working as a team and that he had my best interest as he worked to locate the perfect truck. In the end, I did purchase a new 2021 Titan, with more options than I requested, that took some work on both our parts to close the deal. I can’t say enough about the great experience I had with the Harte Nissan Team and will continue to service my Titan in the future there. I will also recommend them to my friends and family, More
