It was a great (and painless) sales experience from the moment I stepped into the showroom, in large part due to Jennifer's skill. Later Addition - Jenn is still great but the dealership has sunk in my opinion. We bought a second RAV4 Prime from Hartford Toyota and there was a slight credit due us. We were promised a check would be cut on the following Monday. It's five full months later and they never sent it despite e-mails to Sales Manager Gaetano Pagliano and Rich McAllister, the owner. We will get our service done at another Toyota dealership and will not return to Hartford Toyota for future vehicles. More
