I was told a lower price over the phone than what I was offered at the dealership. I asked multiple times about the charging cord for a 220 v outlet and the none of 3 people I was working with could answe offered at the dealership. I asked multiple times about the charging cord for a 220 v outlet and the none of 3 people I was working with could answer my question and then come to find I have to purchase it separately; I was lied to about the extended warranty terms, which I would not have paid the extra $3,000 for if I had known its limitations. So I was lied to, deceived, and mislead. I figure I spent $53,000 on a plug-in hybrid car - they could throw in the $200 charging cord. Seems pretty ridiculous that you buy a plug-in car and they don't give you the proper cords to plug it in. Needless to say - I'm not happy with this buying experience. I walked away feeling like I was swindled - like all the scary things I have heard about car salesman was just proven correct. More
