I have been searching for a certified used RAV4 for the past few weeks after having my previous RAV4 totalled after hitting a deer. I found Hartford Toyota to have the best selection. My salesperson, Jenni by Lori, right up until I drove away in my new Sienna, everyone who I spoke with at Hartford Toyota was wonderful to deal with. My salesperson, Jennifer Glidewell, was very knowledgeable about all of the features of the Sienna. She worked with the finance department to get my payments right where I needed them to be. After being disappointed by poor customer service at 2 dealerships in my area, it was well worth the 2 hour, 105 mile drive from my house to Hartford for this purchase. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a Toyota to visit them - they won't be disappointed! More
