I was extremely happy with my experience at Hartford Toyota. The salesman that I dealt with, Muhamed Efendic, was extremely polite and professional. The car that I saw on line was the one I test drove Toyota. The salesman that I dealt with, Muhamed Efendic, was extremely polite and professional. The car that I saw on line was the one I test drove and ended up buying. Muhamed found me the best financing and did not pressure me into buying anything extra. He treated me with respect and made sure that I understood everything that I was signing. Muhamed took care of switching my insurance and registration and I was able to take the car home the same day. I would highly recommend Hartford Toyota and especially Muhamed Efendic as a salesman. When I first met Leslie, he welcomed me and made sure I felt welcome and not rushed through the entire process. I felt comfortable with him and he answered all the questions that I had. He was available and allowed me to sit and think about my decision to lease vs buy a vehicle. I knew what I was looking for but still had my reservations since it is such a huge responsibility. I was allowed to test drive the vehicle on my own which helped me not be so nervous. I am pleased to be leasing a new 2021 Rav4 in hopes of buying out at the end of the lease. More
