Sonia was great! She did not pressure me to purchase any additional add on that I had not planned for. I felt totally on charge of my car buying experience. My experience would have been perfect if the car was thoroughly inspected before my arrival. The passenger front window was not operational and there was a scratch on the right side of the console. The window problem was corrected after a hard hour wait. More
