I wanted to share my experience I had with Jennifer Glidewell and the rest of the team at Hartford Toyota. I visited several Toyota dealers in the area and the time spent there was a waste of time. The Glidewell and the rest of the team at Hartford Toyota. I visited several Toyota dealers in the area and the time spent there was a waste of time. The sales associates at those dealers didn't take the time to explain to me their pricing. Even when they "wrote it up" it was still extremely confusing. They were unwilling to work with me on price and my trade value. I called Hartford and made an appointment. I was apprehensive right off the bat. My appointment was for 9am. When I walked in the door Jenn was standing at the reception desk waiting for me. She asked how she could help me and I told her what i was looking for and how much I could spend. She drove me around back and showed me what she had. I told her I wanted the red one and she took me inside and started the paper work. Jennifer took the time to explain everything to me more than once and wrote it down so it was easily understood. A Long story short, I was there for 2 hours and I walked away with a 2021 Tacoma. Jennifer was very professional, personable and was a really nice person to talk to. She wasn't pushy or tried to "sell' me anything. She knew what I wanted and that's what she presented to me and that allowed me to make the right decision. I whole heartedly recommend Jennifer and Hartford Toyota! More

I only have positive things to say about my experience with Hartford Toyota dealership. It is by far one of my best buying experience. I worked with Sales Consultant Leslie Richam and he was GREAT. Not with Hartford Toyota dealership. It is by far one of my best buying experience. I worked with Sales Consultant Leslie Richam and he was GREAT. Not pushy, he was very responsive to my calls, emails, text messages and in person. He answered all my questions and extremely knowledgeable. Customer service was excellent. I found the dealership’s entire staff to be professional, friendly and helpful. I would definitely buy from Leslie @ Hartford Toyota again. More

My family went down to Hartford Toyota in the late afternoon on a Sunday in January, 2021 and spoke with Richard McAllister, Jr., about a new car. He was upfront and gave me the best price, which I took back with me and compared other dealers' prices over the next 3 weeks.
