Tried to setup appointments many times to buy after my lease was done. No call backs managers that don't care. I was going in to purchase my vehicle no financing also would be very easy. We negotiated a price, purchased a Highlander Hybrid, arranged financing, traded in our beloved Prius Prime and transferred our plates in what would have been record time were it not for a lengthy glitch in the DMV system — totally out of dealership control. However next time, more proactive communication about the delay would definitely go a long way: the offer of a loaner, perhaps, so clients could grab lunch nearby or even drive home for the duration of the (hours-long) delay. The last word from these satisfied customers is a hearty “Thank you” for everything you do so well to get customers into a reliable, safe, affordable vehicle. We WILL be back! More
