Stressful experience I dealt with Henry, Guy, and Tony during my horrible car buying experience. Henry was pretty knowledgeable of the cars and answered most of my questio I dealt with Henry, Guy, and Tony during my horrible car buying experience. Henry was pretty knowledgeable of the cars and answered most of my questions, however his peers dropped the ball many times. The plan was to transfer a vehicle from a different dealership -however Guy got THE WRONG CAR, which delayed the delivery. Then when we got the car - Tony Mumtaz transferred plates INSTEAD OF GETTING NEW PLATES as Henry and Guy told him to. I was told to come back Monday to get new plates ... Once I came back - they said the 24 hr window closed. Now we have to go to the DMV to get new plates. For a generic car sales process- they fumbled horrifically. What a stressful and awful experience. Never again will I come back nor recommend anybody to go there. More

I am giving a 1 star because there’s not an option to give a 0 star for the offensive and utter experience I had with Mr.Mumtaz. I had gone to the Hartford Toyota Superstore to buy my ideal suv. At the t give a 0 star for the offensive and utter experience I had with Mr.Mumtaz. I had gone to the Hartford Toyota Superstore to buy my ideal suv. At the time of signing, Mr.Mumtaz became very unprofessional, incompetent, and very rude. He was not allowing me to read all the terms and conditions while I was trying to comprehend the 6 years finance contract I was about to sign. He was literally rushing me to sign all marked signature spots and even told me to “hurry up,I have other clients to attend”. This behavior is unprofessional and highly unethical. Because of this, I decided to walk away and take my business elsewhere. Mr.Mumtaz caused Hartford Toyota Superstore a $50,000 sale due to his behavior. I will be contacting Toyota’s highest leader to report this horrible experience. More
