Very poor service I brought my new 2020 Toyota Tundra into the dealership because the tonneau cover was leaking. I was told this is normal for it to leak a little . I s I brought my new 2020 Toyota Tundra into the dealership because the tonneau cover was leaking. I was told this is normal for it to leak a little . I said it is not normal for the cover to leak and I asked to speak to the manager. I was able to speak the service manager Michael Wells and he said they would order a new cover and let me know when it came in and they would replace it. It has been over 3 weeks and the cover is still not replaced. Michael has never reached out to me or contacted me during this time. I have contacted him through email several times. Michael eventually responds to my emails. He said a few times that the cover would arrive on a specific day and then that day would come and I would never hear from him. I would send another email and he would give me another date that it would arrive and again it would not arrive and again he did not contact me. I would send another email and he then told me that the cover was on its way and again it it did arrive and he still has not contacted me. The cover has still not arrived and I am still waiting for Michael to respond to my last email. My experience with Hartford Toyota has been horrible. More

Specifically, Jeanette Garcia, Richard McAllister Jr., and Tony Mumatz all contributed to an excellent sales experience during a very unusual time. Even with the state on a virtual lockdown due to the ongoing pandemic, Richard and Jeanette made it possible for me to still purchase a vehicle without ever leaving my house. Richard came to let me inspect the vehicle...a few days later Jeanette came to deliver the vehicle with all the paperwork. On top of that they were extremely careful to exercise all currently recommended protocols regarding safety and sanitization, really going the extra mile. I'd be happy to recommend the group to anyone thinking of a purchase. More

Ignored after the sale Very disappointed with my second purchase at Hartford Toyota. Two issues, one my own - tow rating on my van was less than expected - one of the main Very disappointed with my second purchase at Hartford Toyota. Two issues, one my own - tow rating on my van was less than expected - one of the main reasons for upgrading. I made my wish known, the salesperson did not catch it either - when you upgrade to XLE package, the tow rating goes down from 3500 to 1500. Second issue was a chip in the windshield - they sent someone out to repair it when it was found within 2 days - after multiple attempts, guy came to repair to find that it was a failure of a previous repair and the windshield needed to be replaced. Repeated calls to the dealership and promises to call back were never followed through. It was suggested by the glass guy that I turn it in to my insurance. This was MY dealership. I will not be returning. More
