I had one previous experience with Guy when I bought a new Prius in 2014. ....I simply called Guy and told him that I wanted a 2 or 3 yr old Camry. He asked me a FEW questions and said "I got it, I know you and Jane, give me a about a day to find it"......... and find it he did! It was perfect in every way . Guy had me drive the car and we went over the paperwork which he had all organized for us. It was a beautiful and fun experience. and all you have to do is meet Guy and all this will make sense. This was my first time buying a brand new vehicle, and honestly if I had worked with anyone other than Guy i probably wouldn't have even thought about buying the truck I loved. I went to two other Toyota dealerships before coming to the Hartford Toyota and both of them treated me like I thought they would very stressful.. Not Hartford Toyota, I stopped there with almost zero intentions of buying a car that day and I was wrong. I met T.K. the Toyota sales person. From the very beginning he made my wife and I feel very comfortable and he was not the pushy sales person and T.K. was very knowledgeable of the cars he was selling. We found and bought our car that day and the Toyota dealership was a big help with that because their manager was willing to give and take selling method. I will tell all my friends and family to look at Hartford Toyota first if they are looking to buy a car someday.
