Leslie Richam was the sales associate I worked with and I found him to be informed, respectful and courteous throughout the process. I would highly recommend Leslie, he was a pleasure to work with. I reached out to Leslie after my purchase with additional questions. He was responsive to my questions and concerns. When we came to pick up the vehicle, Dave showed us some of the bells and whistles on our new vehicle. (It was a used vehicle, but new to us). We then sat down with Carlos Orozco who very carefully carried us through all the financial paperwork. He explained all the options and laid everything out for us so that we could understand it. No rush, no pressure I had been to a different dealership who seemed less caring and less competitive in price. After spending time haggling I left and called several other dealerships. When I called and spoke with Patricia she instantly gave me a better price. When I called days later to set up an appointment to see the car she instantly remembered me and we set up a time. Upon my arrival she came out and greeted me kindly, introducing me to my salesman, David Goduti. David met me and took time showing me the car. He seemed unrushed and was calm, and humorous, not rushing me or pressuring me. When the time came to pick up my car, he was again accommodating even though I was late for my appointment. He took the time to teach me about the technology of my car and sync my phone. He gave me his cell phone number in case of issues and said he would be available to help me with any issues. Carlos Orozco assisted me with the finance portion and was also kind and humorous. It made a stressful situation easier. When I came back to complete the final paperwork I had to bring my children along. He amused them while I completed things with the salesman which made things so much easier. Car dealerships can be a tricky place to bring children and he helped to make it go much more smoothly. More

He without hesitation meet every requirement I was looking for, price range, miles, equipment and coverage. Even dealt with my insurance company, so I wouldn't have to. I have never had such an awesome experience shopping for a car, I will only go back to Gae for any future Toyota concerns. And amazingly, i left with a car and he solved all my problems in less than a days work! Grateful for Gae!! More

Within 2.5 hours the purchase (with trade-in) and financing was completed and I drove away in a terrific new car.
