Easy to Work With I was at the end of my lease at another car dealership and was looking for a great deal...I couldnt find one - until I arrived at Hartford Toyota. I turned in my old car at Nissan and went without a car for a while in search of a deal. I visited a few different dealerships in the area, but Dave Goduti was direct, right to the point, and easy to deal with. Still, price was an issue so I waited. I came back to Hartford Toyota since they gave me the best deal previously and Dave listened to what I was looking for and was able to give me a better deal than when I visited him 6 weeks prior, I picked up my new car 2 days later and everything was perfect. Dave listens and does not use pressure to make a deal. More

Honesty over Sales - Most important I've bought or leased my 8th Toyota from Hartford Toyota. I contacted 5 Toyota Dealerships - 4 in CT and 1 in MA. I received 3 offers for selling I've bought or leased my 8th Toyota from Hartford Toyota. I contacted 5 Toyota Dealerships - 4 in CT and 1 in MA. I received 3 offers for selling or leasing out of the other 4. The 3 offers I received were close in price however - over the phone they were all trying to sell me - either on a vehicle I did not want or not listening and understanding what I needed. Price is always important however - honesty is most important. For years I have dealt with Luis Plaza and he listens - he understands - never once has he used the hard sell approach and that means a lot to me and my wife. I will also mention - this was the first time I've had Dave Goduti as my sales person. A true professional. More
