I initially was just window shopping because my current SUV was almost 20 years old and it was time to replace it. I had such good experiences with Toyota products that I knew I was going to purchase another one at some point. You made me feel comfortable and at ease during the entire process. I had initially fallen in love with a used SUV until we came across a 2019 that was the right color, the right interior, with features I could only imagine. I don't believe in coincidences so I do believe it was meant to be. After we found the right SUV, Tony, the Finance Manager worked diligently to make it a reality.
