We knew what we wanted. I was immediately greeted by Dave Goduti. He spent a loooong time with me (waiting for my wife's root canal to finish) so I could give him the final go-ahead. All paperwork went smoothly and quickly. He was patient, no pressure, and very informative. Pleasant and easy to deal with. Looking forward to dealing with him in the future. I initially was just window shopping because my current SUV was almost 20 years old and it was time to replace it. I had such good experiences with Toyota products that I knew I was going to purchase another one at some point. You made me feel comfortable and at ease during the entire process. I had initially fallen in love with a used SUV until we came across a 2019 that was the right color, the right interior, with features I could only imagine. I don't believe in coincidences so I do believe it was meant to be. After we found the right SUV, Tony, the Finance Manager worked diligently to make it a reality. It's only been a week since I drove my beautiful auto off the lot, but every time I drive it, I feel like it was and has been the best decision. Rating for Servc Advisor, Jashaira, only, not Dealer or Ctr There has been a problem with the Touch screen on my 2014 Toyota (not being able to answer incoming calls by hitting the green button on the screen at There has been a problem with the Touch screen on my 2014 Toyota (not being able to answer incoming calls by hitting the green button on the screen at times) for years and I complained to the service center about the problem several times and was told that it's working now or that it's out of warranty. In 2017, according to a Tech, he found a Radio software update but could not log into the program at that time. They never bothered to do a diagnostic of the problem. I took my car to the service center on August 29, 2019 for a diagnostic of the problem. Jashaira was my Service Advisor, she was concerned with me having to pay the hourly diagnostic fee if there wasn't a problem found. The problem was not found initially, Jashaira was so helpful that she asked another tech to try and determine if he could find the problem with the Touch screen. The problem was found. My thanks to you, Jashaira, for your professional help in asking another tech to see if he could find the problem with the Touch screen. In the future, I will be asking for Service Advisor Jashaira when I take my car in for service. Jashaira is very concerned about the customer, she wants the job done right; she is the only Service Advisor that I can give 5 starts to. I would recommend Service Advisor, Jashaira, to others if they need service of their Toyota. More
