Outstanding sales department! I have been shopping for a new car and speaking with different dealers looking for my perfect vehicle. I've purchased several new cars in the past and I have been shopping for a new car and speaking with different dealers looking for my perfect vehicle. I've purchased several new cars in the past and like many other potential car buyers, the experience at some dealerships left a lot to be desired. Upon a neighbor's suggestion I tried Hartford Toyota and was referred to salesman Dave Goduti, I immediately felt comfortable. Dave was genuine and did not try to steer or pressure me. He made it about me and what I wanted. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, a Toyota 4Runner. I had researched the vehicle and Dave knew even more about them. We drove two models that I liked. One had a special roof rack that stood higher than the other and I expressed concern that it may not fit in my garage with it's low entry. Dave said, "well, let's drive down and see if it fits!" I live 25 minutes away! I decided not to take him up on the generous offer because comparing it to my current truck it was clear it wouldn't fit. I was really impressed that he took my concern seriously and didn't fluff it off and offered his time to help. Dave let me test drive other 4Runners and we looked through the inventory till I found the one I loved. The sales process was straightforward and I was treated fairly and never did I experience push back, heavy handedness or rudeness. I was very impressed! Even during financing I experienced outstanding employees, I was given any opportunity I wished for financing and found my ideal rate. Carlos and Steve went out of their way to help me with paperwork and never pressure me. I had literally spent the previous day at a different dealer where the experience couldn't have been more different so this was extremely refreshing. Upon delivery of my 4Runner it was professionally detailed, full of gas and Dave spent time to show me the specifics of the controls, pairing my phone etc. Finally I met with General Manager Steve Barosa and Luis Plaza who inquired about my experience and engaged me in genuine and good talk. I whole heartedly recommend Hartford Toyota to anyone and will definitely bring friends and family there. More

The sales rep on Saturday was Dave Goduoti who was very upfront and knowledgeable about the Tundra. He was gracious and courteous. It was a very hot day and he went aboveboard in showing us all the features on the new truck. In the end we met Rich Macallister the general manager who wanted to know about our experience. I can honestly say it was a smooth transition and painless!! More
