Now to put this review in perspective I bought a car and traded a car.. What is interesting is why I decided to make this deal after having visited 2 other Toyota dealers in the area. The other dealers had the same opportunity to make the deal but I saw that they did not respect my needs and this is what I wanted someone who understood what I wanted and that a relationship is more important than getting a better price on something that did not answer my needs. I feel that because of this relationship I will enjoy this car more as time goes on and I will be able to say what a great deal without regrets.. More

TK goes the extra mile Our sales person TK was very helpful in locating a good deal on a late model used car for my daughter. The car had to be all wheel drive and safe in Our sales person TK was very helpful in locating a good deal on a late model used car for my daughter. The car had to be all wheel drive and safe in all weather conditions. He found her a 2016 Mazda CX5. All this went smoothly except for my mistake when I wrote the incorrect mileage on the title transfer for the trade-in. TK visited CT Department of Motor Vehicles twice (on my behalf) to correct this error, saving me many hours and much frustration. He even drove to my wife's office to get her signature on the corrected form from DMV. In short, TK traveled many extra miles so I did not have to. Great Service! More

He didn't try to up-sell, didn't try to tack on junk I didn't need or want. I HIGHLY recommend him and would strongly advise that you just ask for him when you walk in. Why risk it with someone else? I also communicated with Patricia Fox online prior to my arrival and she was super quick to respond to questions via email! I never waited more than 30 mins for a response. Also both gentlemen who helped me in the finance area were excellent. I did not catch their names sadly but one of them had only been with the dealership for 4 days but he acted like he had been there for years. They were great! More

He really listened to our needs and worked to find us the right fit and not just something to make a sale. I purchased a car that really fit my family needs and am thoroughly enjoying the experience. The facility is new, clean, and very "customer friendly not only for adults but also if you happen to need to bring your children. They have Wifi available for them to use with their electronic toys as well as a designated room with a TV and a play station. Great Experience, great salesman, and would highly recommend folks give them a chance for your business. More
