Terrible customer service Lease a vehicle a month ago, walked out the dealer with an in transit plate that expired already and still don’t have my florida registration. I’ve been calling the sales person, text messages also call The finance person leave voice mails and nothing. So what should I do now? Parked my car in the garage and wait until I get my registration?????? Or call the leasing company and go to dmv myself. Smh nothing compare to Lynch toyota. Went on December 31st and within a week I had my registration on the mail. Never again More

Today I went Hartford Toyota and I leased 2018 RAV4 XLE for my son I have bought/leased several cars including Acura, BMW, Honda, Infiniti, and Lexus. Today I went Hartford Toyota and I leased 2018 RAV4 XLE for my son. I had a great experience! This place offered ‘the best price’ that was excellent and I didn’t need to negotiate. Patricia Foxx, internet representative, contacted me and we exchanged several emails/texts and she give me the exact amount of down payment/monthly payment in writing. When I arrived, I was greeted by Michael Conlon, internet sales manager who calculated the exact numbers before I arrived, and Patricia, and they introduced me to Leslie Richam, my salesman, and he was great! He was very knowledgeable, kind, and very friendly. Absolutely no pressure and very patient. He worked very hard until everything was finished. Marc Clemons, a business manager, was also great. I usually hate seeing business managers because they often have other interests but he was different. Absolutely no pressure and I was in his office only for 5 mins or so. Overall, it was one of the best experiences I ever had in buying/leasing a car!!! More

A+ experience Did not expect to get a brand new 2018 rav 4, was going for a used one. But TK showed me the brand new one, took me for a test drive, and him and his manager gave me an amazing deal that i could not turn down. I basically got the brand new 2018 rav 4 for almost the same price as a used 2016, or 2017 rav 4 from other dealerships. He knew i was in love with that sport model with the extra features so he did what he could to make it affordable and comfortable for me. They took leased car so i wouldn’t have to deal with it, and helped cover my last payment. He called me 2 days after to check in and make sure that everything was going well and Incase I had any questions. He called again a few days later to check in a second time which I didn’t expect. I received thank you emails, And overall great customer service! Go to hartford Toyota if you are car shopping and looking for a great experience More
