Looking for end of lease options I contacted the store on 03/20 to understand my end of lease options post getting an email 03/19 from Dakota indicating that Oct was coming I might wa I contacted the store on 03/20 to understand my end of lease options post getting an email 03/19 from Dakota indicating that Oct was coming I might want to know the possibilities. I was transferred to R. McAllister and left a VM as he was not there. I mentioned on my VM that his message ended in 'Happy Holidays' - which I thought might need to be changed. I called 03/23 and left another VM and did not hear back. So I then emailed Dakota 03/24 back. We spoke on the phone and she toldme Richard Sr. is in FL (vacations there in winter etc...) if I was transferred there - but no one knew who I was transferred to. Slightly frustrating. In the end Dakota organized an appointment with me to meet Dave G. at 5pm 03/29. My appt. was confirmed 3 times (by email x 2 (one of which I replied to Dave directly) and 1 phone call from Dave) which, I thought was a bit much. I called Dave back wanting to know if he received my reply since I felt I was being contacted a lot. He told me would most likely have overlapping appointments with another client so I told him I'd give him more time and arrived at 5:15. I did not get to speak to Dave until 5:40pm. And, at that point I had already asked to see a financial person and spoke to Tony M. while Dave was busy. I saw R. McAllister, Jr at the store but didn’t know if it was the right one to speak to at that point. Anyhow Dakota followed up my overall experience the following day 03/30 which I thought was great and closed the loop. She gets an A+. Dakota was the best at following up and ensuring that communication was as clear as it could possibly be. Thank you! More

Love my new Rav4 Adventure! I had the easiest experience buying my 2018 Rav4 Adventure with Dave Goduti, Rich Maillister, Jr. and Tony Mumtaz. We were greeted by Dave Goduti with smiles, introductions and beverage offers. We then sat down to talk lifestyles and cars. He was easy to speak to, expressed interest in our ideas for a vehicle and proceeded to describe what he had to offer. After a few minutes, I thought I was speaking to a Toyota Designer, not a Sales Rep. This guy new his stuff. His knowledge and explanation of Toyota vehicles made our choice easy and we settled on a 2018 Highlander. Our test drive with him only ensured our confidence in him and to conclude in our decision with the Highlander. He spent an extensive amount of time to show us so many features, we waited for the car drive itself. We were sold. We pulled back into the lot, and I asked what was the next step to get into this vehicle. He asked us "what color and interior did you want?" Well, they didn't have one in stock. "No worries," he said, I'll find you what you want". And he did. He briefly dismissed himself, came back 2 minutes later and said "I found one" Dave sat us down to start the transaction process and was professional in the purchase and business matters to get us our new car. I would recommend Hartford Toyota and Dave Goduti to friends and family as it was an absolute pleasure doing business with them. More

Excellent, accommodating sales service We bought 2 Highlanders in less than a year and love both, however the latest one purchased presented us with a problem after only having it for less We bought 2 Highlanders in less than a year and love both, however the latest one purchased presented us with a problem after only having it for less than a week. An odor in the vehicle highly assaulted our sense of smell. After 3 months, numerous calls and 2 trips to service, the problem was not resolved. We met with our salesman Dave Goduti and Sales Manager Chris McAllister for a resolution to our problem. We couldn't have asked for better service. Dave was wonderful in getting our dilemma resolved and would recommend him to any and everyone. Chris was understanding and very accommodating in the situation. We ended up with another vehicle of our choice, which happened to be a 2015 4 Runner. We've had it less than a day but already love the vehicle. And, as always, Eduardo was great in finalizing the paperwork. We'd recommend Hartford Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. If we ever trade our Highlander or 4 Runner in the distant future, we will definitely go to Hartford Toyota. Great job guys!!!!! More
