Eduardo worked with me on financing and he also answered my questions (I had a lot) and he seemed sincere and very knowledgeable. My only suggestion would be to slow the process down a bit, when it comes to negotiating final selling price, this got a bit rushed for me, otherwise great experience, better than I have had with other CT Toyota dealers. Love my new car! More

I went into Hartford Toyota on Saturday and looked for a person I dealt with 3 years ago who I found is no longer selling cars. Anyway, Mike Conlon? introduced us to Gaetano Pagliano and he listened to our needs. Guy showed us some cars that were what we were looking for. Not once did he try to upsell us to buy something we did not want. Guy was very pleasant to deal with. We made a preliminary decision to lease 1 - 3 Corollas. We just needed to go home and discuss with our children and make a decision. Guy did not try to get us to commit before we left. Not even on one. There were no "I can't give you this same deal tomorrow" or "the car wont be here tomorrow". He was a no pressure sales person. We came back on Sunday and took almost his whole day to write up paper work on 3 cars. There was a bit of hesitation from one of my daughters and he did not try to convince or persuade her in any way. We came back Monday to finish up the paper work with Guy and Tony. They made it as painless as possible. What a great experience. Everyone we worked with was absolutely a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Hartford Toyota to anyone who is looking for a car. Ask for Guy! More

Can't speak for all the sales staff, but Dave was great, and had an equally straight forward and low pressure experience with Tony Mumtaz. Highly recommend! More
