After being spoiled dealing with Lexus dealerships, I wasn't sure what to expect. I guess Hartford Toyota got high ratings for a reason. Can't speak for all the sales staff, but Dave was great, and had an equally straight forward and low pressure experience with Tony Mumtaz. Highly recommend! More

He completed all the paper work efficiently & we came back the next day for the car cleaned in perfect condition. At Hartford Toyota, in particular with Thisady Khongdy, I honestly felt they listened to me and did not pressure me into something I was not going to be 100% satisfied with. Car shopping is stressful enough as it is, Hartford Toyota took all the pressure off from the sales front and let me take the time I needed.
