Hartford Toyota is that dealership--fair, honest, friendly and cares about your experience. Richard McAllister, Jr. worked for at least 1/2 hour with setting my wife up with her Toyota Etune account. Jeannette follows through with everything she says she is going to do. Gaetano, our first time with him, was knowledgeable and informative. At the end, meeting with the business manager, Marc Clemons, sealed the experience. His patience, information and ability to answer every question and relate those to his personal experiences makes it all relevant. Thank you to all and when the time comes we will be back. Already referred our close friends in search of their next lease! Hopefully they take advantage of everything you guys have to offer. As a final side note, we have experience at another dealership (Middletown Toyota) and they can't hold a candle to the friendliness, no pressure, great pricing and team approach Hartford offers! Being that it was a specific hybrid we were interested in, the Manager reassigned a salesman to us who was very familiar with the car. He didn’t want just anyone explaining it and instead asked if we could wait a few minutes while he freed up Dave Goduti to assist us. Dave was extremely knowledgeable on all of the features of the Prius Prime. He spent much time discussing the features while we were in the car prior to the test drive. When we went for the test drive, he continued to explain while we were on the road. While we could not make our decision that day, the price we discussed was honored when we called a few days later. When we went in to finalize the deal, Dave sat with us reviewing the features once again. When we moved to the paperwork, Eduardo seamlessly handled all of it moving us through it skillfully. Dave also assisted us with the paperwork for the state rebate. These gentlemen worked together like a well-oiled machine. We appreciate their professional customer service. More
