An Even Better Sales Experience Than I Expected I contacted Henry Montgomery because I needed a new car and I knew he would help me out. From the outset he listened to what I wanted and did his absolute best to get me exactly that; and he went above and beyond! He and Marc Clemons, the finance manager, helped me get a car that I love at a reasonable and easily affordable lease payment. They both worked hard to get me to that rate. The managers, Rich Jr., Luis Plaza and Jim, were all friendly with me and were willing to work with me for the lease. I got to the dealership at 10am having done no more than talk to Henry about what I wanted. I left at 2 pm in a new car. I don't know how it could have possibly been easier. More

Garbiel Ortiz Gabriel helped with the purchase of my new car. He was so patient and worked to make sure I found what I was looking for and that I was happy. Service i called for an appointment for LOF syn, and syn Trany flush. Was quoted 2 hours and $200.00 When i arrived i was told the lady quoted wrong fluid f i called for an appointment for LOF syn, and syn Trany flush. Was quoted 2 hours and $200.00 When i arrived i was told the lady quoted wrong fluid for Trany and it will be an additional $100.00. I told the service advisor year make and model of trany. how could she be that far off? I was also quoted the 2 hours for service time. It took 3 hours and 15 min. Totally not acceptable for the time it took and the different price. The service writer cut the bill back to $271.44 knowing they screwed up. I did not expect this type service. More

Thank You to Lisa & Cassandra!! I was in a terrible hurry. I didn't have an appointment but needed service before leaving town for the weekend. Cassandra got my 4Runner serviced & sa I was in a terrible hurry. I didn't have an appointment but needed service before leaving town for the weekend. Cassandra got my 4Runner serviced & saved me money. Lisa provided me with a loaner car at no charge while my vehicle was being serviced. Excellent first car buying experience I spoke with Rob Bigelow through email to get an initial number before arriving for our appointment. I am very busy so this worked best for me. Upon arrival he set me up with Muhammad who did a very good job in working on pricing with me and showing the Corolla I wanted and features. When talking numbers, it was broken down into easy to understand lines. I signed and drove off the lot 2 hours later with a new car, in the price range I wanted, with the features I wanted with no fuss or hassle. I would recommend this dealership again and again and look forward to doing more business with them. More

Devin gets it done!!! Devin was exceptional and one of 2 reasons l stayed with the sale of my 2017 Tacoma Sport. Dakota in sales was the other. Professional and knowledgeable...HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM FOR SALES. OR DAKOTA Can't say the same for Parts Dept. They are terrible. No call back, never reachable and if you do reach them, they are clueless. For that reason dealership is only 3 star. Devin and Dakota are 5 star sales reps. More
